14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a course you've purchased, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. No questions asked, no forms to fill — just reach out via the contact page with your order number.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content.
- You must not have downloaded or attempted to redistribute course materials.
How long does it take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add another 3–5 days depending on your provider.
Subscription cancellations
If you're on a recurring subscription, you can cancel at any time from your account page. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period — we don't pro-rate unused time.
Exceptions
Promotional bundles, custom institutional plans, and live cohort programs may have different refund terms specified at the time of purchase. Those terms take precedence over this general policy.
